Orders are packed and shipped Friday & Monday only. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on the weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders are shipped via USPS.
It is the customer’s responsibility to send the merchandise back to us. The Beyouty Suite only pays for return shipping for mishandled merchandise (wrong item shipped or merchandise damaged). For any other type of returns, customer must pay for return shipping freight. However, if your return is due to defected merchandise or wrong item received, shipping will be refunded.
Returns are required to have our prior authorization. For prior authorization please contact customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, merchandise number(s), and the reason for your return included. If you do not contact us regarding the return, the merchandise may not be excepted. The return authorization number and return instructions will be emailed to you. If we find any defects or the merchandise has been worn we have the right not to except the return. A photo must be sent prior before you return to us.
RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. In Boutique credit available for 60 days after return.
Returns must be in original condition/packaging and not show any signs of wear.
All items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for any reason, NO EXCEPTIONS!
